An Overview of Nelson Country
Aside from sheer size, Southern California is characterized by

and one salesman (operations manager).
Through
strategic acquisition Nelson and Associates will add a sales team
to the greater Phoenix Arizona area in March of 2004.

International (ACI) of Brazil; Nelson and Associates has assisted
in the addition of ACI offices in the lucrative Orange County area
of Southern California. Through
this JV manufacturing and sales operations have begun in Brazil
and will be soon supported by affiliated personnel presently
residing in Cordoba and Mendoza Argentina.
Argentina shall prove a viable investment as this Nation
rebuilds its’ economy and banking infrastructure after suffering
a financial collapse in the late 1990’s.
Further growth in South America will be supported by ACI
affiliates throughout Central and Latin America.
ACI presently has a strong hold on governmental consulting
in Mexico and to the Governor’s of North and South Baja
California, including the largest Mexican land privatization
development located in the state of North Baja California, the
city of San Felipe, annual land development revenues now exceed 54
million USD per anum collectively with ACI and R-MAC Properties
through the development of El Dorado Ranch.
